She is One with the Sea...

My daughter loves, loves loves Moana. It's her fave movie of all time, ever. For the time being, anyways. So when I've scrapped these beach photos of her, I just had to give the layout the title above...
I've used the sketch from the Stick It Down single page challenge for June:

I've rotated the sketch and replaced the one square photo with two rectangle photos with vertical orientation. I've used the new Simple Stories 'Summer Days' collection pack mostly, which I purchased from Lottie Loves Paper. The small pink letters in the title are also Simple Stories, the bigger thicker letters are from the Pink Paislee 'Oh My Heart' collection.

I've chosen a rainbow stripe paper for the background and I replaced the paint splatters on the sketch with stamped images. I've tried to match the ink with the colour of the stripe, which was a bit of a challenge as I only have a small collection of inks. I've inked up the stamp and stamped it on the white card stock three times, creating a pattern that fades out.

The tag behind the photos is cut from patterned paper and it has some hidden journaling on (journaling is a must for me).

More seaside photos and layouts to come soon (hopefully). Lets see how I can incorporate those flamingos and pineapples into the British Summer layouts, shall we? ;-)
