Autumn Fabulousness
Seriously, I have no idea where the time goes. Once again, Autumn has flew by. September, as always, was really busy with the start of the school year, the more so as my oldest one started secondary school... let's just say, a lot to get your head around to, especially when the whole British educational system is an alien concept to you.
In October I was busy preparing for my maths exam, so not much chance of being out and about... Every spare minute spent hunched over a table drawing sine waves... I had to watch the world change colour from the wrong side of the window, hoping that those leaves would hang onto dear lives to the branches until I can finally be released into the wild with my camera.
My wish came true and finally, on the first weekend of November, I managed to take some photos of the beautiful attire of Mother Nature... I was so tired and cranky on the Saturday, we nearly cancelled the whole expedition. I'm glad that we didn't as the rain arrived on Sunday - but Saturday was just glorious...
We went to one of our local National Trust places and we had such a fabulous time. It was a proper leaf throwing opportunity. The leaves were just right and so was the weather.
It was quite overcast, but the sun seemed to come out every time I looked through my viewfinder, as if on command... And this is how I ended up like this:
BEST DAY EVER!!!
And this is my fave photo of him on the day:
And of her:
Ant this one isn't bad, either:
I will be back with the completed layouts soon...
